What makes Life's Otherside the greener side of life? Life's Otherside is dedicated to providing you with the greenest experience possible. You can come to us to stay updated on all the latest news on eco-friendliness, get some extra funding for your group working towards sustainability, or find that newest green product to minimize your carbon footprint.
How are Life’s Otherside’s shipping methods environmentally friendly? Life’s Otherside uses environmentally friendly shipping materials from the US Postal Service’s Green Initiative, as well as recyclable packaging materials in most cases. We also try minimize over-shipping by shipping products directly from manufacturers in some cases.
Why did my shipment come separately, in more than one box? If you purchase more than one product, it is possible that you would receive multiple packages because some products ship directly to you from the manufacturer.
Are there any other shipping options available? In order to maintain a level of eco-friendliness, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. For the same reason, we do not offer rush shipping.
Is there any cost to participate in the Share the Health program? No, fundraising through our Share the Health program is completely free. It is designed to help your organization gain money through supporting sustainable lifestyles.
Where do I enter my Share the Health group promo code? On the "My Cart" page, you will see the Share the Health logo right next to the box where you can enter the code. This is also where you would enter discount codes, if you have one.
How can I get involved with Life’s Otherside? Besides our Share the Health program, Life’s Otherside is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to help us with our online social networking and blogs. If you are interested, please contact media@lifesotherside.com

 

Shipping & Delivery

Life’s Otherside strives to ensure the most eco-friendly and quick delivery of your purchases. Once an order is received, it will ship within 48 hours. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your shipment.

In most cases your order will ship on the ground through the US Postal Service as a part of their Green Initiative. They will utilize alternative fuel-capable vehicles (where available) and boxes made from recyclable materials. You can learn more about the USPS Green Initiative and its numerous awards for environmental stewardship here.

If you require your package in a shorter amount of time, please contact orders@lifesotherside.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. In an attempt to avoid unnecessary transit, if you order multiple items you may receive multiple packages as not all products ship from the same place. At this time, our shipping coverage does not include Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s, international locations, or PO boxes.

Please note: Life's Otherside reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. All shipping charges are subject to change at any time and without notice. Life's Otherside is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.



Return Policy

You may return new, unused, and unopened items from our website within 30 days of purchase by mail. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including applicable taxes minus shipping charges. Please email returns@lifesotherside.com with your name, order number, item, and reason for return before shipping. We will then send you a return number and shipping instructions.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Life’s Otherside is not responsible for any damage or loss in shipping. Therefore we strongly advise insuring items that you send back to us.

If an item is believed to be defective, we will send a replacement to the customer upon inspection of the defective item. The customer will be refunded for return shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return. For further inquiries please email returns@lifesotherside.com
